Meet the Doctors

Drs. Loyace and Jessica Foreman provide contemporary leadership based on timeless biblical principles of success. They each have a passion for assisting those who seek growth in their lives; spiritually, academically, and vocationally

Dr. Loyace Foreman, Jr., Senior Pastor, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel College, Arden Hills MN. He earned both his Masters and Doctorate degrees from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. Dr. Loyace Foreman, Jr. is extremely civic minded and currently holds the prestigious post of President of the St. Paul Black Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance.

Dr. Foreman began his preaching career under the tutelage of Reverend William R Lott Sr. of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Chicago IL. In 1997 Dr. Foreman was called to his first pastorate. In this capacity the Lord was preparing him for a lifestyle of faith. In 2002 the Lord instructed Dr. Foreman to remove denominational yokes and to found a new ministry. From this, New Vision Faith Center, a vibrant ministry flowing in all of the spiritual gifts was born. Dr. Loyace provides courageous leadership to an upcoming generation in critical times. He has a special anointing to minister to young men, which is evidenced by their attraction to, and their supernatural growth within our fellowship.


Dr. Jessica Foreman received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wartburg College, Waverly IA. She also earned her Masters and Doctorate degrees from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology.

Dr. Jessica brings the "high touch" to the ministry in our "high tech" world. She is devoted to the spiritual and academic growth of the fellowship as well as "keeping it real" in her inspirational messages. She currently serves as Executive Pastor and Director of Programming.

Drs. Foreman are committed to advancing the kingdom of God in a multicultural, family friendly, and energized atmosphere. Each week they bring a word of encouragement, empowerment, and compassion to those seeking vision to fulfill their God given purpose.
